How is working with a sourcing company different from using Alibaba?
With Alibaba, you're still the one finding suppliers, comparing quotes, checking quality, and making sure your order gets shipped. We handle all of that for you. Our team in China finds and vets factories, negotiates prices, manages production, checks quality, and arranges delivery to your door. You tell us what you need, and we handle the China side.
Can you source custom products or manufacture products to my specifications?
Yes! Have a product idea, a sample, a drawing, or even just a photo? That's enough to get started. We'll find manufacturers who can make it, work through the specifications with you, arrange samples, and manage production once everything is approved.
Can you manage my existing suppliers in China?
Yes, and you don't need to switch factories. If you're already buying from China, we can work with your current suppliers, manage orders, follow up on production, arrange inspections, and handle reorders. You won't have to keep going back and forth with factories yourself.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There's no single minimum that applies to every product. It depends on the factory, what you're ordering, and whether it needs customization. Tell us the product and quantity you're looking for, and we'll send you the options.
How much does your sourcing service cost?
It depends on what you're ordering and what you need us to handle. Some clients come to us for one project, while others need us managing their purchasing regularly. We'll explain our fees and payment terms upfront, before you commit to anything.
How does your sourcing and procurement platform work?
It's pretty simple. You submit what you need, review quotes, approve samples or next steps, and track your orders in one place. Our team handles the actual sourcing and production work in China, so you don't have to manage everything through emails, messages, and spreadsheets.
How long does sourcing, production, and shipping take?
It really depends on what you're ordering. A ready-made product is different from something that needs to be designed, sampled, and manufactured. Factory schedules, Chinese holidays, and shipping methods also affect timing. We'll give you an estimated timeline for your order before you approve it and update you as things move forward.
Do you ship products from China worldwide?
Yes! We mainly work with businesses in the U.S. and Middle East, but we can arrange shipping to destinations worldwide. Whether you need your order delivered to a port or directly to your door, we'll help you figure out the best shipping option for your destination.
